A Different Experience: Everything here is rated 3 stars and above. If a product has an unacceptably low rating average, it will be removed from Craftdore automatically. The quality of products sold on the Craftdore will be higher and higher. Here is How it works? Take Advantage Of Bad Reviews: If buyers are not so happy with a product, their feedback will be sent directly to the sellers. Negative reviews will not be published, but they are still there – and they still count towards the product review score. Bad reviews help sellers learn from their mistakes. Sellers will no longer worry about negative reviews pop up on the website. They will contact the reviewer and resolve the issue instead, they will have the chance to make improvements. A bad review as way to give the seller a chance to turn the situation around. In many cases, seller can turn every bad review into an opportunity.
