What is Craftdore?
Craftdore is an online marketplace for buying and selling all things handmade, fine art, and craft supplies.
The idea is that everything is rated 3 stars or above on Craftdore, negative reviews won’t be published, but they are still there – and they still count towards the product review score. We build Craftdore based on the idea of helping handmade sellers stop worrying about bad reviews. Rather than getting defensive, think that a customer has shared some important information about the seller’s products, which gives the seller the chance to make improvements. Take advantage of the negative reviews to help sellers improve their products, having the opportunity to turn negative reviews into something positive.
What makes Craftdore special?
A Different Experience: Everything here is rated 3 stars and above. If a product has an unacceptably low rating average, it will be removed from Craftdore automatically.
Take Advantage Of Bad Reviews: No matter how good a product is, it’s not going to live up to every person’s expectations. If buyers are not so happy with a product, their feedback will be sent directly to the sellers. Negative reviews will not be published, but they are still there – and they still count towards the product review score. Sellers will no longer worry about negative reviews pop up on the website. They will contact the reviewer and resolve the issue instead, they will have the chance to make improvements. In many cases, seller can turn a negative review into something positive by responding with a solution.

How to search for an item on Craftdore?
From Craftdore’s home page, type a keyword or phrase in the Search field, located in the center of the header bar. Click the Search button or press the Enter key on your keyboard. Use filters by click on Categories arrow.
How can I cancel my purchase?
Please contact the seller directly, locate the seller’s contact details in their Store Description and email them. We will cancel your Craftdore orders and issue a refund through PayPal. If you already created an account, click on order tab, type your message in textbox and click Ask a Question button to chat with the Seller. Craftdore lets the buyer to cancel the order until the order is under the status processing. Once the order is marked complete, the buyer can no longer cancel the order.
I have difficulties using the site. What should I do?

How do I leave a Product Review and a Seller Review on my purchase?
After you’ve ordered an item from Craftdore, you can rate it to let other customers know about your experience. Craftdore rating system have 2 parts: seller reviews and product reviews
Seller reviews: It’s All About Seller
Product reviews: It’s All About the Stuff on Craftdore.
Please log in to your account and then simply go to the Orders tab in your account, click on Order number to pick the order you would like to review. Scroll down to find the “Leave Vendor Feedback” button, then click on it. Now, you can select a star rating and write a review for the product and the seller.
What items can I sell on Craftdore?
You can sell a variety of creations on the Craftdore.com. Our main categories include Fine Art, Handmade, and Craft Supplies. Items in the Fine Art and Handmade categories must be handmade by the individual/s running the Craftdore shop. Items in the Supplies category don’t have to be “handmade” by you. This category is for items that may be used to make the other items you find on Craftdore. Packaging and shipping supplies may also be sold in this section.
What items can’t I sell on Craftdore?
Here is a list of prohibited items on Craftdore:
Adult material, erotica, or pornography inclusive of any material unsuitable for children under the age of 18
Any item or service that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law in regard to manufacturing, distributing, advertising, or transporting said item
Any item that which in whole or in part is subject to a recall
Any product or service that Craftdore.com determines to be inappropriate, harmful, fraudulent, or illegal
Harmful, harassing, intimidating or defamatory materials, products or items
Hazardous materials, products, or items
Illegal, counterfeit or contraband items of any sort
Items, materials or products that are copyrighted, trademarked or patented by another party items not in your possession or items you don’t intend to deliver
Items or products that carry or transmit hidden code or signals with the intention of causing harm or tracking personal or transactional information of any sort
Ivory or animal products from endangered species collected illegally
Mass produced electronics
Misrepresented items or products
Motor vehicles, or parts for motor vehicles or recreational vehicles
Personal data or information
Prostitution or other similar services
Replica items, including designer items
and Mass-produced items.
How to sell my Handmade products on Craftdore?

Name Your Shop
Log in to your account, and set up your store. First, customize your Craftdore shop by add cover picture and store logo.
Set up shop Policies, Billing and Shipping right away
Pricing your products.
Photographing your products.
Add some product listings. You can import products from a CSV file.
Improving search engine optimization (SEO).
How do I apply to become a seller?
You can apply on this page. Once we receive your application, our Craftdore team will review it and contact you directly.
How are Payments sent to Sellers?
A PayPal Premier or Business account is necessary to receive your payments through PayPal. If you have a standard PayPal account you can upgrade to a Premier or Standard Business account. The Standard Business account is free.
How can I pay my Craftdore fees?
We use PayPal for processing all payments. Your fees will be deducted from your seller account balance, and your funds will be deposited into your PayPal account automatically once every two weeks.
